Bach to the Future
You’re invited to celebrate our first year of programming with an open house and recital in the beautiful gallery space at the Art Love Salon (downtown near Seattle Art Museum and Pike Place Market). The fountain of youth is elusive, but contact with talented young people refreshes the spirits and gives us hope for the future! The recital features 3 young artists – all residents of Seattle – in a program of music by Bach, Telemann, CPE Bach and more! Recorder whiz Bryan Boehnke, alto Sophia Nash and baroque cellist Nicholas Chrisman join SBF director and baroque violinist Tekla Cunningham and harpsichordist Henry Lebedinsky for a program of musical fireworks. Let’s celebrate the next generation of early music stars! This is a FREE event; refreshments will be served.
Doors open at 6:30, recital begins at 7pm.
