Dr. Michael Maul, director of the Leipzig Bach Archive and Leipzig Bach Festival, joins us for a tale of musical adventure and discovery – part Indiana Jones and part Sherlock Holmes! Michael discovered an unknown work by JS Bach, Alles mit Gott und nichts ohn’ ihn, BWV 1127, among documents from the Anna Amalia Library in Weimar. With a performance by Carrie Shaw, soprano, UW Music students and SBF artists.
